Dramione Multi-Chapter Essentials📖
No one asked for it but I did it anyway lol. I’ve put together a list of multi-chapter fics that I consider essential reads if your in the dramione fandom or if you’re new. I’ve composed this list to include not just my own personal favourites but also ones I’ve seen high praise about in the fandom. I’ve tried to include all different tropes as well, so there should be some warfics, post-war, marriage law, veela etc... I’ve also only included fics I’ve personally read (no point recommending something I haven’t read) so if you think I’ve missed one in my list that you’d class as an essential read, please feel free to recommend it to me!
- The Fallout by everythursday - Hermione learns about growing up through the redemption of Draco Malfoy.
- Manacled by SenLinYu - Harry Potter is dead. In the aftermath of the war, in order to strengthen the might of the magical world, Voldemort enacts a repopulation effort. Hermione Granger has an Order secret, lost but hidden in her mind, so she is sent as an enslaved surrogate to the High Reeve until her mind can be cracked.
- Isolation by bex-chan - He can't leave the room. Her room. And it's all the Order's fault. Confined to a small space with only the Mudblood for company, something's going to give. Maybe his sanity. Maybe not. "There," she spat. "Now your Blood's filthy too!"

- We Learned The Sea by floorcoaster - Draco Malfoy turns himself in after a very successful career as a Death Eater, then enlists Harry and Hermione to help him in a scheme to bring down the Dark Lord. A story of forgiveness.
- The Boy in the Hammock by galfoy - Hermione tugged at the string holding the hood onto the boy's head, gingerly pulling the fabric back to reveal his face. Lying before her, barely recognizable beyond the swelling and the blood, but still very much himself, was Draco Malfoy.
- The Best of Me by MrsRen - Officially, Hermione Granger was killed in action during the Battle of Hogwarts. Unofficially, Draco Malfoy has never stopped searching for her. Years after the war during a mission in France, his salvation comes in the form of a little blond boy and a familiar half-Kneazle.
- Matched by longdistance - The wizarding community has not quite bounced back in terms of numbers since the end of the war. - Hot For Teacher - MotherofBulls - Draco is a single dad trying to raise a teenager on his own. When he notices his son's newfound interest in girls, he takes it upon himself to give him some fatherly advice. Little does he know that his son's crush is none other than his own childhood nemesis, who has taken up the post of Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor at Hogwarts. Draco tries to juggle awkward situations, parenthood, and his own budding interest in Hermione Granger.
